I definitely agree that you can only be happy with a job in a company that shares your values and your culture. If they are not aligned, you will always feel forced to do your work and you will never find satisfaction.

Of course, finding the right company is always a challenge and the same goes for companies when it comes to finding the right people.

Sometimes, it's easier for freelance workers because they don't have work too long with one client. If they don't like the work ethics of the client or vice versa, they can easily part ways and the freelance worker can move on to his next client.
